Understanding the Rice Purity Test Questions

Hey everyone,

I’m curious about the Rice Purity Test and its questions. For those who may not know, the Rice Purity Test is a self-assessment survey with questions about personal experiences and behaviors, often used to gauge one’s level of innocence or experience. The History of Rice Purity Test adds an interesting dimension to this—originating from Rice University in the 1980s, it was initially designed for students to reflect on their experiences. However, some of the questions can be quite intrusive or sensitive. Can anyone share their thoughts on the purpose of these questions? Do they effectively measure anything meaningful, or are they just a way to prompt personal reflection and discussion? I’d love to hear your insights and experiences with this test!

Thanks!
